What can I create with CTRLpose?
Put your direction in motion with short videos and audio. Give your vision a body with CTRLpose Imagine, supported image references, reusable models and worlds. Explore the full workflow.
What is CTRLpose Video?
CTRLpose Video creates a clip from your written direction. Describe the subject, setting, action, camera movement and sound, choose a format and duration, and review the credit cost before you generate.
How long can my videos be?
Choose exactly 5, 10, 15 or 20 seconds. These are the playback lengths of the finished clips, not generation times. At 1 credit per second, those options cost 5, 10, 15 or 20 credits respectively.
Which video formats and quality levels are available?
CTRLpose Video currently offers Standard quality in landscape (16:9), portrait (9:16) and square (1:1). Choose the format that suits your destination before generating. Video 2K and upscaling are not currently available.
Can my videos include audio?
Yes. Include the sound, ambience or dialogue you want in your direction. Audio is generated with the clip; review the finished result, since exact dialogue, timing and sound quality can vary.
What is CTRLpose Imagine?
Imagine is where you build the look. Start with written direction or use supported image references to shape a new frame. Reuse models and worlds, refine the result, and keep the prompt and finished image together in your library.
What is the difference between Standard and 2K images?
Standard images cost 1 credit each; 2K images cost 2 credits each. Choose the image quality before generating. The composer shows the available settings and total credit cost, including the number of variations you select.
Can I upload a reference image?
Yes, in Imagine. Use the attachment controls and follow the displayed file and reference limits. You must have permission to use your uploads. CTRLpose Video currently uses text prompts and does not accept image or video references.
How do credits work?
Credits pay for generation. Your wallet can include free credits, monthly subscription credits and purchased credit packs. The composer shows the cost before you submit, and credits are reserved while a generation runs. See current prices.
Which monthly subscriptions are available?
Choose $19 for 100 credits per month, $49 for 300, or $99 for 700. Credits are granted after each confirmed payment. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs are $19 for 75 credits, $49 for 225, or $99 for 500. They are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically and can be used alongside a monthly subscription.
Do purchased credits expire?
Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period. Your account keeps these balances together in one wallet while tracking the different credit types.
Can I try CTRLpose for free?
Eligible new accounts receive a one-time free credit allocation shown on the pricing page. No payment card is required for that allocation. It is not a monthly subscription and does not renew.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open your account billing settings to manage your subscription, payment details and invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan credit allocation changes take effect with the next paid recurring invoice.
Are prices and promotions the same everywhere?
The price, currency, taxes and any eligible promotion are shown at checkout before payment. Only offers displayed for your account apply. A website offer does not imply that the same offer is available through a mobile app store.
Why might checkout be unavailable?
If payments are temporarily paused, checkout explains the current status. An advertised plan is not a completed purchase: credits are added only after a confirmed payment. Contact support if you have paid and your balance has not updated.
What happens if a generation fails?
A confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credits. If the generation status is temporarily unknown, the reservation stays in place while the job is checked. Keep the existing job open rather than submitting the same request again.
How do I get started?
Create an account, open the dashboard and choose Video or Imagine. Write a clear prompt, select your format and available quality settings, review the credit cost, then press Generate. Start with one simple idea and refine it after reviewing the result.
What are reusable models?
Models save a visual identity you can bring into Imagine. Open Models to create or choose a reference, then review how each image follows the face, styling and direction. Visual model references are not currently available for video.
What are worlds?
Worlds keep a scene’s atmosphere, lighting, style and context together. Reuse that creative direction in future work and use supported world image references with Imagine. Video uses written direction; it does not currently accept world reference images.
How do storyboards work?
Storyboards help you plan a sequence of shots and timed scene prompts before generation. CTRLpose Video supports text-based storyboard direction within your selected clip duration. Storyboard images are not accepted as video inputs.
Can I edit, extend or loop a finished video?
Video Remix, Re-cut, Extend and Loop are not currently enabled. You can revisit your prompt to generate another take, or download a completed clip for further work in your own editor. Imagine has its own image refinement tools.
How long does generation take?
Timing depends on the selected settings and the queue. A 20-second clip can take longer to generate than a 5-second clip. Your job remains visible while queued or processing; its playback length remains the duration you selected.
Where do my projects and outputs go?
Your account keeps projects, saved prompts and generated outputs together. Use the library and project controls to return to earlier work, preview completed results and download the files you want to keep.
Can I use CTRLpose for client or commercial work?
Review our Terms of Service for the rules that apply to your use. Make sure you have the necessary rights and permissions for prompts, uploads, likenesses and other material, and review each output before publishing or delivering it to a client.
What creative content is allowed?
CTRLpose supports a broad range of creative and mature editorial work within its content rules. Restrictions still apply to prohibited sexual content, exploitation, harmful uses and unauthorised likenesses. Read the content rules and follow any guidance shown when submitting a prompt or reference.
Is CTRLpose a separate product?
Yes. CTRLpose has its own accounts, credit balances, projects and billing. A balance or subscription held with another product does not automatically transfer into CTRLpose.
Can features or availability change?
Yes. We may update available controls, quality options and capabilities as the product develops. The dashboard shows what is currently available for your selected workflow, and the credit cost is displayed before generation.

Read our Privacy Policy for details about account information, prompts, uploads, outputs and the processing needed to run the service. Contact support for account or privacy requests.
Where can I get help with billing or a generation?
Use Contact or email [email protected] from your account address. Include the approximate time, the job or order ID, and a description of the issue. Never send your password or full payment card details.
